Joe was very efficient in overseeing the arrival of materials with consideration with the restricted access and working space area. He was always on time, very tidy and works very well (especially when fed with coffee and chocolate biscuits). He took time to understand what we wanted and accommodated some minor changes along the way at a reasonable additional cost.
